The next stop after Las Vegas was the Grand Canyon. Here are pictures of the desertic, arid landscapes along the highway:

On our way, we passed through a little tornado that was crossing the road. Quite exciting!

I was surprised to see more and more trees and vegetation as we apprached the Canyon!
